By accessing or using Sleevenotes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Sleevenotes ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Sleevenotes is a music tracking and social platform that allows users to:

• Track, rate, and review albums
• Sync listening history from third-party streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music)
• Follow other users and view their activity
• Create and share music lists and collections
• Discover new music through personalized recommendations

The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Sleevenotes, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
